Confirm Your Participation

Please fill out the form below to indicate that you would like to join the Weill Cornell MS Clinical Trial. The trial involves one visit to Weill Cornell Medical Center in NYC.* During the visit, you will undergo a neurologic exam by a neurologist and use the BeCare MS Link app in the clinic. It is expected to take less than two hours. The study will compare the neurologic scores generated by the BeCare MS Link and the clinical examination. You will be compensated for your participation.

By filling out the form, you confirm that you are between the ages of 18 to 60 years old, and that you have Multiple Sclerosis with mild to moderate disability.
